Shatta Chilli Jam

Shatta is a traditional Levantine condiment made from chilli peppers and olive oil.

This shatta is made in the UK by three Palestinian-British blokes: two brothers (Layth and Zee) and their childhood friend (Karim), inspired by their Tetas’ (that’s their grandmothers’) recipes.

This is classic Palestinian shatta with a twist. Award-winning and made with fresh ingredients, it combines the fresh spiciness of shatta with the sweetness of jam. This is next level chilli jam: sweet, tart and aromatic. Best enjoyed with cheese toasties, in salad dressings or as a dip nom nom nom.
