Layu Chilli Oil

A jar of layu from Japan, to add some authentic flavour to your east Asian cooking.

Use as a seasoning for rice, as a dipping sauce for dumplings or to spice up some chicken.

It’s made from canola and sesame oil infused with chilli, fried garlic and soy bean paste, to add a spicy kick.
