Korean Malcha Tea

A ceremonial grade malcha handpicked at a small tea farm in Boseong, Korea. In Japan this finely ground green tea is also known as matcha.

It’s characterised by its full-bodied umami flavour and goes well with a small confection on the side.

The leaves are meticulously shade-grown and selectively harvested before slowly being ground into a fine powder. This process concentrates chlorophyll and other nutrients into the leaves, and results in a bold green colour and increased health benefits.
