Kitaro is a ceramic oroshiki grater.
A staple in East Asian kitchens, oroshiki grate more finely than typical Western graters and make short work of garlic, ginger, horseradish, radish, wasabi, lemongrass, nutmeg and chillies. They’re great for making pastes and fine sauces.
