Do you know your hosomaki from your futomaki? Hosomaki are a type of sushi roll, slim and normally with only one filling to go with the rice and nori outer wrap. They’re often filled with tuna or cucumber.
Our mould makes it easy to shape your hosomaki rolls, with a surface designed to prevent the rice from sticking.
