A couple of gyoza (ぎょうざ) fun facts:
The world’s most expensive gyoza is the Blue Diamond from Germany’s Yumbau, yours for the bargain price of £399 (you have to cook it yourself and yes, it is blue).
The Guinness World Record for the most dumplings eaten in one minute belongs to Peter Czerwinski, aka Furious Pete, for eating ten (the unofficial record is 24, as held by me after that big night out at Crazy Sue’s back in 2012).
