Kabocha Squash Chubachi Dish

A chubachi 中鉢, literally a ‘medium bowl’, is a core part of a Japanese table setting. Use for serving rice, soup, donburi, salads and desserts. Alternatively, pair it with some roasted Kabocha squash.

These bowls have been painted in the sometsuke technique near Mino, Japan.
