Originally used in Japan to tidy around fireplaces, this 17 cm broom is made from Shuro, aka soft woven palm fibres, bound together with copper wire.
It’s pretty handy around the home, great for careful sweeping of bonsai and other potted plants, tricky corners and tabletops where a larger broom would prove cumbersome (unless you’re 8 feet tall).
Made by the hands of the master craftsmen at Takada Tawashi in Japan.
