‘Shinrin-yoku’ is the Japanese practice of ‘forest bathing’: walking through the forest and soaking in all the restorative green light. Finding quiet amongst the trees and observing nature has been shown to reduce stress and boost wellbeing.
It’s inspired these luxury bath salts, created by fragrance brand Earl of East. An earthy blend of cedarwood, oakmoss and black pepper carries you away to the calm of the forest.
Hand blended in East London from pure essential oils and Himalayan and Epsom Salts. Pour into your bath to relax.
500g.
