Nadekaku Bird Dish

Handmade and handpainted in Seto, Japan, a ceramic serving plate inspired by folkcraft and nature.

It’s ‘nadekaku’ in shape, a Japanese term which means ‘a square or rectangle with rounded corners’, translating literally to stroked or smoothed corners. The flat base, soft organic edges and unique handcrafted shape bring a warm and homely feel to the dining table. Use for serving fruit, salads or side dishes.

Would also look lovely as a trinket dish around the home.
