Osaka Purple are mustardy, large purple and green leaves which grow spicier with maturity. Use them in salads, stir fries or steamed as a peppery alternative to cabbage. In Japan they’re often pickled and kept in the fridge as a healthy snack.
It’s almost impossible to buy this vegetable fresh in the UK and it’ll add some authentic flavour to your Asian cooking.
