Brass Kashikiri Fork
£22 £12
This item is currently out of stock
A petite solid brass fork, crafted by artisans in Arakawa, Tokyo. Its pared down design and balanced weight adds an elegant accent to the table. It’s the size known as a kashikiri, hime or youji fork, used for wagashi and other confectionery, petit fours, appetisers, fruits, cheese or olives.
Each fork measures approx. 8cm long. For longevity we recommend hand washing. The piece will age beautifully, developing a natural patina over time, but can be polished if desired to restore shine.
