Japanese Bath Soak: Kōyamaki, Sugi & Hinoki

£19

A unique bathing powder containing kōyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine), sugi (Japanese cedar), and hinoki (kiso cypress) essential oils.

Inspired by rejuvenating Japanese onsen baths to soothe the skin, body and soul. This soak helps provide relief when you’ve been feeling a little run down or unwell. Simply dissolve 2 - 3 teaspoons in a warm or hot bath to wrap yourself in the serenity of a Japanese forest. Aaaaand relax.

Kōyamaki is known for promoting blood circulation, sugi is a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory to help relieve muscle and joint ache and hinoki is healing for sensitive or damaged skin.

This soak also contains essential oil from a little known ingredient called getto ginger. Cultivated on the Okinawa archipelago in Japan (famous for its population of centenarians), this extract (also called “paradise flower” or “ginger shell”) is the anti-aging active ingredient that is beginning to cause a buzz in skincare circles.
