As seen in Luxe Magazine and Elle Decoration, designer Melanie Abrantes has quite literally carved herself a reputation as one of the hot new names in creative woodwork.
These one-of-a-kind vases are made from a solid piece of buckeye burl, a native California wood. Melanie hand-turns and carves them in her Oakland studio, finishing each piece with mineral oil and beeswax to bring out the rich tones and grain.
Suitable for a single stem or small bunch of dried flowers.
Each vase is as unique as the solid piece of wood from which it is made. We've taken photos of a few to show the beautiful grain, but the piece you receive may look slightly different from the photos. One vase included. Each vase measures approx. 10cm tall.
Presented in a cotton pouch.
