A not-too-hot sauce made by Chimac, Dublin's Korean-inspired street food joint. Marries gochujang, vinegar and spices for a tangy flavour with just the right amount of heat.
Perfect for marinating meats, spicing up rice bowls, dressing eggs and spicing up sandwiches.
