One for you shushu-tetsu out there (that’s someone who collects railway memorabilia): this is an original vintage piece of railwayana, all the way from Japan.
These are tsurikawa 吊革, aka the handles used on public transport. This one comes from the Enoshima Electric Railway and features an advert for Shinjuku’s Odakyu Department Store. Use as a hook around the house or as an amazing decorative feature.
As this piece is vintage it won’t be in perfect as-new condition. That’s part of its story.
Presented in a Japanese paper rice bag.
