Published by Café Royal Books, an independent publisher based in Southport, England, this photozine features archived images by fine art photographer John Walmsley, whose work is held in the Permanent Collections of the National Portrait Gallery London and La Bibliothèque Nationale de France Paris.
This photobook features images taken in 1968, when Walmsley was a student at the Guildford School of Art. At the time, the school was the scene of a major ‘sit-in’ by students disaffected by the poor quality of the teaching and resources.
