A cooking paste from Japan, to add some authentic flavour to your Asian cooking.

This rich paste is both tart and tangy, made from ume plums pickled with salt. It’s an easy way to add one of Japan's most loved flavours to any dish, be it sushi, tofu, noodles or rice. Small pieces add a sharp zest to sushi, and you can use it to brighten up grilled vegetables.

Ingredients and Allergens: Plum, Salt, Polysaccharide Thickener.
