Established in 1914 in Tokyo’s Asakusa district, Kanaya Brush has built a reputation as an expert in the field of brush making. Applying traditional techniques, skilled artisans cut each strand of natural hair to craft perfectly contoured brush tips.
For their cooking brushes, Kanaya’s craftsmen carefully pick and blend goat hair to create a soft brush that can absorb glazes, remove excess powder from confectionery and a wide range of other cooking applications.
Stamped with the Kanaya mark.
For longevity, keep the brush dry between uses in a non-humid environment.
